Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ever since I went plant-based, I’ve been busy creating my own smoothie bowl recipes using simple ingredients and toppings.  Personally, going plant-based has made my body feel so much better. I have so much energy throughout the day and my body feels so much leaner. I’m also a huge fan of fruit, so incorporating my favorite berries, like strawberries, replaces the need for any refined sugar in my diet. Even Sully, who desperately steers aways from anything healthy, is loving my creations. It’s a miracle!

Here is my latest Kid’s Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl recipe that Sully loves:


  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop KOS (plant-based protein)
  • 1 cup Almond or Coconut Milk


  • Fresh sliced strawberries
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Coconut Shreds


  • Place all ingredients into blender
  • Blend at variable speed until a thick, smooth texture forms
  • Scoop and place into your favorite bowl and add your favorite toppings

For the adult Beauty Smoothie version add:

  • 1 tsp. Moon Juice Magnesi-OM
  • 1/2 tsp. Moon Juice Beauty Dust
