This smoothie, without question, has done wonders for my skin and given me the extra energy I need throughout the day to kick a** 😉
Before this smoothie, I couldn’t withstand the day as a new mom. I had NO energy and I felt like I had aged. Basically, I looked and felt AWFUL. Consistancy with anything is key, especially with wellness. The banana keeps me from bruising (I don’t bruise at all now). The Vital Proteins makes my skin, hair and nails healthier and stronger. The cocoa keeps it tasting delicious and it’s healthy for you (minerals people) and I SWEAR by Moon Juice products.
Here is everything you need to add something delicious to your morning routine.
Ingredients:
- 1 large banana
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tblsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (or just a pinch) of Moonjuice Pearl
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Powder
- 1 scoop Moonjuice Adaptogenic Protein
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Non-fat whipped cream (optional)
Add all ingredients into your blender (Vitamix is truly the best for any recipe) and blend on medium/high for 1 minute until fully blended. Pour into the cup of your choice and enjoy! Toppings are optional, but I love Non-fat whipped cream and granola on top.
